I have lived here for 2 years now and considering resigning my lease. I do appreciate and enjoy all of the amenities, when they are operating. Big shoutout to our concierge team, especially Adrian, Maleek and Drew. They are always attentive, kind and welcoming. Having consistent staff improves service, quality of attention and overall efficiency.

I actually haven’t had a great experience so far, and it’s very disappointing because so many people spoke so highly of the building. My roommate and I have lived here for leas than two weeks and have dealt with incredibly rude concierge and a lack of hot water. I still don’t even have door access to half the amenities and have brought this to the leasing office’s attention multiple times.

The building itself is great, and the amenities are incredible. The door app could use improvements such as the ability to open doors without having to launch the app
