Honestly, don’t even waste your time Not very friendly on arrival, we toured two apartments while we were there the first one the hallway completely stained with Pee, dirty, dusty stairwell, we didn’t end up going inside for some reason, then went to the second apartment, which smelled foul, the place was spacious but stinky the deck looked like it might fall through. Police presence in neighborhoods, they didn’t return my ID after the tour, Just don’t waste your time.

Unit Unseen Prior To Move-in

The application and approval process was somewhat easy however, the unit couldn't be viewed prior to move in (site unseen) due to ongoing upgrading and necessary maintenance from former occupancy. Will update my review after I move in this month. Overall, the property appears to be clean and well maintained.

The Apt really needs some painting inside, things are much better now in terms of getting the work done, will renew my lease again, thanks to the new Manager

It’s very quiet, very peaceful people mind their business it’s closer to my job and I already pay rent on time The staff is amazing. The maintenance is OK.
