The building is overall poorly managed and many of the staff are inattentive, not responding to emails or not being available throughout the day at the concierge desk. Leasing staff is unknowledgeable and at times abuses their ability to contact residents for minor inconveniences that are a part of apartment living.

So I was one of the first people that moved into this building when it opened. I really enjoyed the amenities, and the building is in a convenient location. HOWEVER, they have not been vetting the people who have moved in here since it initially opened. Starting in March I noticed a mix of weed and cigarette smoke. Throughout the last 6 months I have complained, written emails, and placed multiple maintenance requests to address the issue and management has not done a single thing about this... problem. The smell will come through the ventilation ducts and will overwhelm any of these 500sq ft. apartments. It has been so bad that I had to leave my apartment for two hours just for it to air out. This is unacceptable and I am angry that this has not been resolved.
Ultimately, I have decided to move forward with a complaint to the DC AG's office to resolve the matter.
