I had an amazing experience living here. The apartment community was great, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. A huge part of that was Ms. Bush. She provided outstanding customer service, communicated clearly, and was always willing to help whenever I had questions or needed guidance. She made everything so much easier and made me feel supported throughout my time here.
If there was ever any confusion or I needed direction, Ms. Bush was always professional, kind, and quick to assist. Her dedication truly made a difference in my experience. Everything has gone downhill...
This building used to have amazing service, unfortunately, since the building was sold about a year ago, everything has gone downhill. All of the staff used to be amazing, now it is hit and miss with high turnover. I have had countless maintenance issues and it can take weeks to get things fixed.
